Instructions to Authors
INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS
The main objective of this journal is to function as a mode of information and guidance for the scholars, researchers and historians and to provide a medium of exchange of ideas in Mizo history. The following are the guidelines and instructions for authors and contributors:
Manuscript Format :
All texts (including end notes and references) must be double spaced and in a 12 point, standard font such as Times New Roman. The papers should be an original research work of not less than 2000 and not more than 6000 (including endnotes and references).Mizo History Association (publisher) holds the copyright of the research materials published.

The journal largely follows the NEIHA Style Sheet as given under:-

Endnotes should be given in running numbers, beginning with 1 and followed consecutively throughout the article.Other Reference (some examples)

Submission of Articles:
Only a bonafide members of Mizo History Association are allow to contribute an articles, research papers and those articles should be previously read in the annual session of Mizo history.
The authors/contributors should maintain the following instructions:
- Authors must not fabricate, falsify or misrepresent data or results. They should strive to be objective, unbiased and truthful in all aspects of their work
- Submitted articles must be the authors’ own work. Plagiarism constitutes unethical scientific behaviour and is never acceptable.
- Authors have a responsibility to acknowledge the work of others used in their research and to cite publications that have influenced the direction and course of their study. Information obtained in private correspondence or conversation should only be used with the explicit permission of the individuals involved.
